My name is Jerod Quinn and I would like to welcome you to my portfolio. This portfolio contains information about my professional development and education. I have a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology: Learning Systems Design and Development from the University of Missouri. It’s a big, flashy title but what it means is that I have professional training in designing, developing, and deploying online classes.

I am currently the Senior Multimedia Specialist at the Center for Distance and Independent Study, at the University of Missouri. I create activities and interactive elements to reinforce learning objectives for online classes. I work on classes from third grade level, to high school, to university level, through graduate degrees. My job is to help students grasp the concepts behind learning objectives. I accomplish this through the creation of videos, audio recordings, and Adobe Flash, all with the intent of helping the course content come alive.
